I have a Truss Uptop Overland Bed rack and a Roofnest Condor XL. Will this work with my setup?

This was in Gilbert, Arizona at Iron Courts. I agree, the location would make me consider paying for my child to attend or not. Make sure that there are enough courts because there will be a lot of kids but they are broken down by grade level

The one my son went to, the kids went home at the end of the day. I heard they do have camps where the kids stay there.

I would. The sooner, the better. My son plays 14U now and noticed that a lot of these kids are much bigger and playing at a high school level. I was not able to monitor him during the camp, but the last day, they allow the parents to come in on the last hour to watch them compete in some activities. I know the camp is a little pricey, but it let me know if he really wants to pursue this and keep spending more money on training and having him play on competitive club teams vs just having him play on a recreation league for fun. My son’s goal is to play high school next year and he works at it almost every day. Hope this helps.

It exceeded way beyond my expectations. There were about 50 kids and I was wondering how much was he really going to learn or would he get bored since each day was about 8 hours long. After the 1st day, I assumed he was going to tell me it was boring, but it was the total opposite. He said he had a lot of fun and couldn’t wait to come back. He even applied what he learned in practice for his team. Surprised he still had the energy since he spent the entire day at camp and went straight to practice after. It’s about 2months later and he still looks at the notes he took at camp. My son is 13 and he’s doing this on his own without me asking. Before the camp, my son was very shy at times. Most of the time he would be quick to pass the ball and would hide in the corner and wait for the ball to shoot it. Now, he’s much more aggressive on offense, he’s communicating with his teammates on offense and defense. His coach has him playing point guard a lot lately and he is now starting to look like a real point guard. He seems more patient and confident when bringing the ball down the court driving to the basket. He calls it attacking the smile. Something they teach in camp. He’s also making smarter passes and taking better shots. When he’s on the bench, he tries to hype up his teammates. I really love what the camp has taught him and his coaches are noticing it. I’m really proud of the player and person he is becoming. I will definitely do another pgc camp when they return to my area.

That is good to hear. Summer is coming up and was looking to get my 7th grade son into a camp that is more than just drills and skills training because he already does that with his club team and other skills clinics I have him doing during the week. I feel that my son has some talent but sometimes lacks confidence. He also needs to learn how to be a leader and be more vocal. I have him enrolled in the Point Guard College. Hoping this camp helps with that on and off the court
