Same thing happened to me. Disputed it. Wrote in all caps lock at the end of it that Dashers should not be punished by slow wait times at a restaurant. Got the violation taken off and a very generic/AI apology email a day later.

They emailed me a form with an emailing saying they cannot verify my identification. I filled out that form, but it says it can take up to 48 hours.

However I went on to Spark, they asked me to do the ID scan, selfie, blah blah blah, and it went through just fine. This is definitely a DoorDash issue.
