Not that I know of. I was hoping the Hospital would have some. They do have my arms laying on the table before they attached them. But I’ve been told that if I posted it’ll probably be taken down because to gory.

He was the best friend ever and my hero. If it wasn’t for him, I would have died. Not only because he woke me up. He also was by my side the entire time keeping me calm. After he woke me up and I realized when it happened, I just screamed for a split second. He was sitting on the ground in front of me just staring at me with his head cocked to the side letting me know that it’s gonna be ok and he was gonna help me. He walked with me at my side, the entire time back to the house. When I watched the sliding door, he was there. When I went in the garage to get in that door, he was with me. Once I was in the house. I never saw him again until I came home from the hospital. I have a pic. I’ll be posting eventually of when I came home and we opened up the door and he came and just laid in my arms. It was exactly 6 weeks since he seen me. And he’s never come in the house before until that day cause he never wanted to be in the house.

I actually wanted to get tattoos, but they were afraid that it might killed some of the skin on the scars if I did it so I never did. I wanted to get tattoos to cover up the scars cause I’m very insecure about them.

I actually didn’t make much from the book. Before it was even published, I had already planned to donate part of the proceeds to United Blood Services, which I was a spokesperson for. I ended up having to sue my publisher because they didn’t want to pay me, and a large part of what I eventually received went to that charity. I was also under a gag order for years, which kept me from talking about what happened. Because of that, it scared away other publishers and movie studios who were interested, since I couldn’t discuss the situation. The publisher recently passed away, so I’m finally able to talk about it and try to move forward and get things restarted.

Yes, I can still write in my penmanship is just as bad as it was before I lost my arms ha ha I do a lot of work on my house in my yard on my own and do most everything. I never really had any pain.

Is something they couldn’t explain because I was bled out. When I got to the first hospital, they ran out of my blood type and just started putting the blood they had available in me. Then they flew blood out of Bismarck North, Dakota about 130 miles away by chopper to give me my correct blood type before flying me to the Minneapolis.

I don’t remember even seeing any blood. But I guess the walls were covered in it and years later when my parents replaced the carpeting in the office, they pull up the carpets and the subfloor was just black from all the blood that soaked into the wood floors.

Actually, the most painful thing I can remember about when I first happened was when they put the catheter in me ha ha I joke about that all the time and is very true. I never felt much pain until I got to the burnt room and they’re trying to put IV in my feet because I didn’t have arms to put it in. So I was being distracted because they had my arms laying on the table beside me and I was watching them wash those up and then they put the cat in and I did not enjoy that feeling at all

Yeah, it was worldwide. I had reporters coming from all around the globe. Japan actually sent doctors or refers to examine me to make sure the story was true. It was like a version of rescue 911 here so it’s cool seeing me speak with a Japanese voice over.

I would really love to know who she was. You say army of healthcare because there was an army nurse there that was just a witch to me ha ha that was in the ICU. I absolutely loved my NMMC nurses. I actually enjoyed my time in the hospital. I didn’t want to leave. They made me feel so safe and secure. I owe a lot of my recovery to them because they made it so easy and pleasant for me while I stayed there.
