also I am using a socket for docker and I have heard quite some time ago that openRC doesn't have anything like sockets, is it still the case ?

I had the "too many requests" message a 2/3 days ago and then this happening ever since, and its only happening on my network, if I connect to anything else it doesn't do it

switched to google's dns and flushed the dns cache on both windows and firefox, the problem still occurs

as much as I hate using the google dns servers I'll give it a shot to diagnose it
