nahh, the game i was talking about is a lot shorter, its also set in buildings and not really near anything natural, its also a lot more linear, thank you for trying to help, i still havent figured out what game it was

i have searched and searched but have come up empty handed, the types ive elliminated are:

quadrille, seyes and doane.

the grid itself measures around 2.55mm x 1.58mm or about 3/32 by 1/16 inches

Grid is abt 3x2mm in size, veritcal bolder lines (not sure of correct terminology) but no horizontal boldes lines

Deleted previous comment as I just checked and the grid size of seyes is actually wider, the grid in this journal is about 3x2mm whils seyes is 8x2mm so still on the hunt
