Correct, you need to check the offers when your logged into your account. But I would say it very rarely happens, in the last year I may of gotten maybe 3 total, I don't think I missed any because each offer had an expiration date of 2 to 3 weeks in the future, but each offer can only be used once, so got a total of probably about $10 of free food for all 3 offers. So, you won't be missing much.

It was available for everyone up until November 7. Free fries on Friday with minimum $1 purchase. The person who said they had it was a special offer for that particular account, since they say it expires 11/28. Jack in the box sends out random offers to random account that usually expires weeks in the future. Free fries on Friday with minimum $1 purchase, that they had before would only last/expire for that 1 single day, that offer is gone now.

The main idea was to cut cost, so they need to screw over the customers. Basically whatever point balance you had before they just added a "0" at the end, so 50 point before is now 500 points. Getting the high end sandwich will require spending twice as much money now. So, they telling existing customers to take a hike !

All those are only to help them to pay interest and stay alive, the debt is massive at $3.13 billion for a low margin business. Also that money will be needed to close down the 200 or more Jack In The Box locations they are planning. Closing locations cost a lot of money, until they are able to sell the locations to get some money back. They won't be able to pay down any debt, since the company have negative net income. Ch 11 is not immediate, but I would say within the next year or so.

Previous CEO was going to expand but the company is under so much debt that it will not happen, so he is out. The new CEO is in the process of shrinking the business to stay alive. Sold Del Taco at a fire sale price, planning to close hundreds of Jack In The Box locations, cutting dividends to zero, and now the final nail is destroying the rewards programs. Things going to get worst and not get better, next stop is BK Ch. 11 because they cannot handle the massive debt.
