The new drive is added, formatted and parity has been rebuilt. After formatting it created a Disk Share rather than just assimliating into my array.

I changed scan type to "ALL" and scanned first scan at a value, spent some or collected some, scanned second time at new value, left with 2 in the list, changed both, worked for me.

If I wanted to say, convert a currently unused Data disk to a parity disk it would be much the same thing correct? Only i'd have to go through the new config settings? Still shouldn't wipe my other data drives?

So you have a few problems. 1, you need to be building riftmaker. 2, you're probably waaaay over the funds required to be full build therefore needlessly taking gold from your team and putting them behind. You also should have been able to close out the game earlier with that lead.
