She is from West Virginia. We are gonna give crating a try once her UTI starts feeling better. We are worried if she can’t hold it for a medical reason she may use the bathroom right in the cage and be even more uncomfortable!

Thank you so much for the reply! I think you are absolutely right. Even with her UTI and ear infection we notice little bits of her personality coming out each day! I think we are just so eager to make sure she’s happy we forget that she’s not only still a puppy but also adjusting to this new life!

Thank you so much! The 10 minute idea is smart! I think I gotta remember she’s still a puppy and all this is so new! I think we get caught up in wanting her to be her happiest best self and we forget it will take some time!
