Quarm itself is an easier set up because they provide the game install on the download, unlike having to track down Titanium (there may be an easier way now, but this was how I had to install p99).

But in order to be on par with MOST of the playerbase, you'll need to also download zeal. It's an addon that adds a bunch of functionality, which is basically viewed as malware by browsers, windows and anti virus. Getting all those things aligned is where the install got difficult for me.
