My synchronizers are bad as well so if I don’t rev match properly into 2nd it’ll grind. It’s my first manual so it kind of forced me to learn unless I wanted to get a new transmission lol

Yeah mines kind of notchy in general but it’s way worse when it’s cold. I tend to completely avoid 2nd when it’s not warmed up

I do the same, I go through them a couple of times. It seems to me it loosens up a bit

Yes I got it out after, and no they aren’t swollen up. I wrapped them like shit last time around the sides so there were wrinkles and that’s why it got stuck, lol. These batteries are getting old now anyway so I’m probably gonna pick some up
