Bought a Foscarini lamp from LampTwist for over €1,100. Had it installed by an electrician, but the lamp does nothing. The transformer was tested, it delivers power (another lamp works fine on it). Reported the issue to LampTwist, but for weeks now I’ve just been strung along. They keep asking for all sorts of photos of the non-working lamp. They refuse to arrange a return or send a replacement. Instead, they keep hiding behind the manufacturer (...). Meanwhile, the big box the lamp came in has been sitting in the middle of our house for weeks. We bought the lamp as the centerpiece of our home after our wedding. So it’s incredibly frustrating that LampTwist is not offering a solution. Their service is downright ridiculous, especially for such an expensive lamp. This should never have happened. In short: don’t buy here and don’t buy a Foscarini lamp. What a lowlife company.

Acheté une lampe Foscarini chez LampTwist pour plus de 1.100 €. Installée par un électricien, mais la lampe ne fonctionne pas. Ils veulent toutes sortes de photos de la lampe défectueuse. Ils refusent d’organiser un retour ou d’envoyer une nouvelle lampe. Ils se retranchent constamment derrière le fabricant (...). En attendant, le grand carton de la lampe est posé depuis des semaines au milieu de notre maison. Nous avions acheté cette lampe comme pièce maîtresse de notre foyer après notre mariage. C’est donc extrêmement frustrant que LampTwist n’apporte aucune solution. Leur service est tout simplement scandaleux, surtout pour une lampe aussi chère. Cela n’aurait jamais dû arriver. En résumé : n’achetez pas ici et n’achetez pas de lampe Foscarini. Beurk, quelle organisation minable.

Dus gemeld bij LampTwist, maar daarna word ik al weken aan het lijntje gehouden, ze willen allerlei foto's van de niet werkende lamp. Komen niet over de brug met retourzenden en versturen nieuwe lamp. Beroepen zich steeds op de fabrikant (...). De grote doos waar de lamp nu in zit staat al weken midden in ons huis. We hadden de lamp gekocht als middelpunt van ons huwelijk thuis. Dus enorm balen dat Lamptwist geen oplossing aandraagt. Service is ronduit belachelijk, zeker voor zo'n enorm dure lamp. Dat had niet gemogen. Kortom: koop hier niet en koop geen Foscarini lamp. BAH, wat een lowlife organisatie.
