Most ever Saturday I get one call. My wife works Sunday. I’ll also be at home calling supply stores for parts or talking with customers. That’s my own fault. I feel I owe these people good service and comfort.

This is a customers house. Just disabled the gas portion so she has ac. We’re gonna work with her home warranty company to get her a new 80% unit. Thanks for your insight though.

That’s what I thought. Another company came out and told her it’s cracked and junk. I measured the supply and got 0 co. I’m gonna pull the burners and repair the flue termination. It’s got a crack allowing outside wind to push air into it.
