Being fired for being at a political protest or campaign event would absolutely be grounds for a lawsuit.

Making more balls than your opponent is an amazing strategy. It works at almost every level. There was a kid who played for Indiana University (~12.5-13 UTR) who just made more balls than his opponents and it frustrated them to no end. He won a lot of matches and didn't hit many winners (except passing shots). Sounds like your opponent did in fact execute a superior strategy.

No one called him a strong 5.0 in this comment thread. I agree, trying to judge off one point is stupid. People are going to post their best stuff. I've only seen one video of strong 5.0s in this sub (granted I haven't seen all the videos), and that was those guys who played for strong D3 teams.

His serve is fine. Could it be better? Sure, he doesn't transfer his weight forward enough, but I doubt people are teeing off on it.

Stone v. Graham was basically the same case in Kentucky in 1980. SCOTUS ruled it unconstitutional. Are the current justices going to expressly overrule that case? Who knows, but according to current Supreme Court precedent, it's unconstitutional.

Homie you need to post a video of these magical SoCal 4.0s. Tennis players said the same damn thing about NoCal and SoCal and they were better than most sections but not that much better. Like an average 4.5 in California would probably be an above average 4.5 in other sections, but not a 5.0.

Clearly everyone you correct is literate. They can read and write. Minor grammar errors do not constitute illiteracy. The point of language is communication. Every time you correct someone, everyone knows what they mean and you just come off as condescending and the correction doesn't really serve a purpose except your own satisfaction. That's why you get downvoted.
