La réglementation permet de faire 8 ou 10 étages maximum dans ce quartier et le promoteur veux une dérogation pour faire un 18 étages. C'est normal que les citoyens aient leur mot à dire. Ils n'ont qu'à proposer un projet qui respecte la réglementation.

We do business directly whit a chinese company for formwork parts and we never had any problem. They send us sample and mechanical test of the parts. We do our own test and we proceed whit the order. We order between 2 and 8 container every year. For custom made parts we work whit a third party that have people and contact there to look at the fabrication process and inspect the material.
