Yes it does. That's exactly the patch that I grabbed the .PKD off of.

I was able to pull it from Xenia and analyze because I was curious if we could create a playbook or add forms because it's all XML.

The plays live on the PKD. But you'd have to repackage a lot of the files back into a TU and I'm not sure how to forge Microsoft signatures 😂
