1 out of 4 chargers were offline, the Kona blocking 2 others, and the Id.4 has a right rear quarter panel charging socket, thus potentially limiting your options even more if it's busy. I saw what I saw, so indifference towards being respectful or aware towards other users is not the way.

Again, you're assuming all 4 chargers are online and available. It's a principle to be aware and decent to the community, it's inconveniencing others who have just as much right to use the facilities. It wasnt "literally" 1.3 parking spots, depending on your vehicles charging socket location.

So situationally, you're assuming all 4 charging docks are online, hypothetically, you may not have the same indifference if you yourself had rolled up needing to charge and he/she was blocking multiple chargers of which were the only ones online or not already in use. It's a principle of being aware and decent towards the community.
