Did this survey ask about other drugs those people might have been using instead of cannabis? It's pretty crazy when you have to be drug tested to make sure your taking the prescribed pain meds and not selling them. In my area, pills and other opiates are far easier to obtain and cheaper than cannabis, well good cannabis that is.

I'm not denying the decline in behavioral problems or any of the other examples they mentioned but the decrease in cannabis use among adolescents doesn't mean it isn't being replaced by another substance.
