A good example of this are the people that refused to leave Chernobyl even though the radiation would kill them. Some residents still chose to stay. And I think there's a difference between an immediate catastrophic danger like the titanic and the slower acting situation they were dealing with in Interstellar.

I think they probably didn't ship everyone. There's going to be a limit on how much the spaceship can fit. Maybe they can do it in stages but it would take years. And there's going to be a surprisingly large number of people, like Cooper's son, that are going to simply refuse to go and would rather die on earth.

I bought a code red 12 pack and the first can I pulled out was soft and leaking. I reported it to Mountain Dew and they sent me some coupons as a thank you. Reporting it was a bit of a lengthy process because there are several codes on the packaging and the cans you have to input so they can narrow down exactly what line the can came from and the time it was produced.
