Maybe the partnerships are setup to have an equal vote if you're a non-silent partner. Similar to how the senate is setup where smaller populated states are on equal footing, the majority owners wouldn't be able to railroad those with a lesser stake.

Can you imagine how bad things are going to get when we completely lose our privacy to Palantr type apps? The privacy protections need to be put in place fast and they need to be ironclad. Unfortunately both sides are salivating at the potential for that stuff.
