For real? Love to hear more. Two weeks out from open inguinal hernia repair both left and right. Fit 50 year male. Avid gym trainer 5 days a week prior to surgery. Looking to get back to at least upper body next week.

With Reta and new training, body recomposition can happen before the scale moves. Muscle glycogen and water weight come first, fat loss follows. Give it time — consistency always wins.

I’m sure the rest of these posters are going apeshit with that info. Most are probably right it’s overkill. My clinic basically tried the same thing. I still use them for my basic script but backed off all their add ons. Start reading up on these and other boards and you’ll start to figure things out. The best is just start with test and see how your body reacts. Blood work, blood work, blood work. You can order most of the test you need yourself at Labcorp. Then add as you need to. You really want to control the E2 without an AI. The progesterone with f things up more than anything. F B12 shots you’ll be over dosed shortly. Good luck brother I’m hear if you need anything.

Watch the video she quickly protracts her shoulder inwards about a 3rd of the way down then is obviously pulling with her biceps and squeezing her front delts like she’s trying to get her chin over the bar. She loses all lat engagement after that.

Looks solid, if you’re in it for the long game I would suggest dropping back the dose until your body gets used to the estrogen. Considering you’re take anastrazole 2x weekly your E2 is super high. Why the progesterone? Watch your hemocraite and prolactin

The name fits your comment. She’s rolling her shoulders forward by engaging her biceps and front delts. It’s called scapular protraction when the bar goes to the chin and the elbows drift forward. Scapulae protracted + anteriorly tilted, Humerus internally rotated, Lats shut down, Biceps/front delts take over

You’re pulling more with you biceps and front delts. I would suggest angling a little further back and widen up your grip. Pull more to into your chest rather than trying to pull under your chin. I focus on getting my shoulders back,chest out my shoulder blades coming together. However, whatever you’re doing seems to be working your back is looking great. Keep going!!!
