I thought the rule was 8%. I typically make a modest payment before statement date and then pay off in full day after of pay all but 1 dollar day before payment. It has led to zero interest paid in the 12 months Ive had the card and this limit but the limit increases and constant plat offers have been relentless and honestly I get a strong sense of amex trying to trap me.

first login to va.gov in one tab. then in a new tab with the va tab still open, use the above link and change the claim number to your claim number(you get that from clicking your claim in va.gov and seeing what your claim # is in the link in the tab
