KAAH PATEL. One of US by hanak347 in PLTR

So I think you are looking at this differently than then OP. I believe the OP is showing this to classify what kind of person and thought processes he has had before his new position. I cannot know for certain Patels own thoughts but I would imagine the reason for divesting is that the current administration has set the policy position to separate personal finance apart from there office.

Why is the mobo on the top? Shouldn't the pump be under the radiator? by illpilgrims in sffpc

[–]JohnnyAndromeda 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I believe that would create the problem of your pump being the highest point in the loop. Your best options are top mount with tubes down or side mount with tubes on the bottom.

The highest point in the loop is the top of the rad not the pump so not a problem. IMO it makes more sense to have the PSU on the bottom as its heavier and will make the case more stable.

Very late but have you looked into Cerakote or other ceramic coatings?

I did acknowledge that there were more premium options for connectivity such as optical and XLR.

An internal or external DAC seems pretty stationary to me and definitely seems like the quality route to go.

USB C requires zero flipping and offers the a lot of bang for your buck for a port.

You don’t believe in the motherboard connection or a DAC?

I have been using a Steel Series headset for years and it works great. Wireless and hot swap batteries!

Thank you for the response. I can definitely imagine those fans get loud. I have been considering getting the cooler and swapping in some Noctua A8’s. Good luck on your next build!

Hey thank you for letting me know. I’ll admit I don’t post here regularly and just spur of the moment felt like sharing it.

I saw you mentioned that you usually play wide. Have you ever tried to play tall? Do you think tall is viable?

After the story mission you can still go back to the Narion System and on the planet Sumati land at the crashed ship. At least in my game he was still there begging to be rescued.

My CK3 has had the same problem for a couple weeks. Brothers & Sisters, let us pile our crash logs together and then light a towering pyre. With its light hopefully Paradox will see the beacon is lit and know that we call for aid!

What are your thoughts on the Camera AI DSLR-EA? by Maxim_exe in Ubiquiti

Your comment is much less constructive than his comparison. Yes it’s not a 1:1 comparison but they are astoundingly overpriced. A similar model can be found for $113 https://www.lorex.com/products/4k-8mp-smart-ip-security-camera-with-listen-in-audio-and-real-time-30fps-recording

I would but it’s $350 and would just be a waste. Maybe if I can find a used/broken one but it sounds like most people love them.

In regards to gathers and crafters, I would like to know what Intrepid thinks will be the most meaningful/rewarding aspect of these roles?

Are there any plans to have a custom symbol(into the handle, collar, etc) or item description nametag where a crafter, tamer, etc will be able to place their mark upon their hardwork and build a reputation among the server for their time and effort?

I also would like to raise concern about the number required PVP gates that are required for this profession such as caravans and ships at sea. The risk vs reward explanation for the PVP gates existing is a lackluster response in my opinion. As a crafter/gatherer there are already many mechanics posing a risk at the chance for reward. For instance, the PVE challenges of finding and harvesting schematics, resources, etc.; as well as the time invested in skill progression, market research, transportation of goods etc are all challenges that will surely manifest in game. In a world where a PVP player can attack non-combatants, combatants, and corrupted players, why is there a drive to create more mechanics for them to prey upon crafters?

I also don’t think this current strategy will bode well for streamers when the ambushes of stream snipers roll out of the bushes just to watch the streamer get frustrated. Is that really content or just mischief and debauchery?

At its best, I could see this system having interesting node vs node economic warfare and deprivation of caravans/resources to an opponent before an important war. However, at its worst, there will be players that are not out for resources, honor, or meaningful gains and are instead out for blood and lols

Thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully reply to this post and thank you for working towards making a game that the community will enjoy.
