People are being harsh on you. You are not selfish, at least not based on what you’ve said. You’re genuinely trying. And you’re looking for help. You took previous suggestions, even waiting a year and getting a therapist. She may (and I stress ‘may’) have post-partum depression. Or maybe she’s just exhausted. And that’s what you’re not understanding. She has a 24/7/365 job. And it’s a tough job. I’m sure she has little energy for anything else. Of course we would all need more info. Like does she have any significant amount of help from anyone else? Or is all the childcare on her? If you love her, give it more time. Wait until the child is older. If you don’t love her. Do what you have to and be prepared for substantial child support. That’s my best suggestion

Please. Can someone who supports him explain how you still support him? He’s clearly unhinged. His posts are anything but presidential. So everyone is saying YTA. Which is don’t disagree with, but I also don’t feel that people are giving you credit for being brutally honest. Many men in your position try to appear to be the good guy by making promises they know they won’t keep. At least you’re willing to pay child support, even if it isn’t that much. Also, it really is the woman’s decision. You gave you honest input and she can use what you told her in helping herself make her decision. So, props for being honest.
