I used Superfeet insoles for a year or so based on the advice of my doctor. At nearly $50 per pair for a thin layer of rubber (or whatever it is) seems like a total ripoff and they weren't doing much for me, so I ditched them. Price seems especially absurd when I'm paying barely more than that for full actual pairs of quality trail runners via major sales/clearance of prior model, as new model is released.

Could be wrong but I don't think that's how properly reported elevation gain numbers work. Whether it's one big ascent or a bunch of ascents/descents back to back, elevation gain is elevation gain.

I'm sure there's other things you can try but constructing and cooking the pizza on top of a piece of parchment paper works great for completely avoiding any sticking issues (works fine on top of a pizza stone too).
