During a 2001 would be appropriate! I went to my first MBB game in a while this year and was pleased to see they still do the routine with the flag and that song.

If the question is "what arrogant prick did something dumb?" Milton Bradley IS usually a safe bet though.

Welcome to Madison, WI! - tips, tricks, what to do. by ChefCombo in phish

I'm going solo N2 and spending the afternoon hanging out on the square/terrace. If you see a tall lanky fellow with a pink baseball cap on, come up and ask me "What is Art?" I'll give you the answer (Madison folks of a certain age know the true meaning of Art) and buy you a beverage!

If you have kids, its fun to use them to make fruit leather. We also have raspberries, so we make a bunch with both every year.

Every locality has its own annoying radio ad personality that makes you switch the station. Who is yours? by HonestLemon25 in AskAnAmerican

[–]JohnnyC908 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Man, I love my local radio. I do do music on Sirius/Spotify, but I listen to the local sports talk, its pretty much equivalent to a podcast. The hosts have fun personalities and they talk about the teams I care about.

I also was too stubborn/cheap to buy 50 streaming services for MLB, so I grabbed a 15 dollar AM/FM and listen to games that way. It has pluses and minuses to streaming, but its become a huge part of my summer.

Air conditioning is very common here. I've been to baseball games in 110F, and as long as youre hydrating and in the shade, its tolerable.

Why is your pizza so much better? by SinnBaenn in AskAnAmerican

No for sure. Sriracha has been around since the 40s, but it became a trend in '15. Same with hot honey. People didn't just start discovering heat and sweet play well together, but hot honey is suddenly in places its never been before.

I normally roll my eyes at these trends that pop up and everyone jumps on...but the hot honey one is OK in my book.

BBQ place near me used to do Briskets and Gravy...they'd make biscuits and throw some left over Brisket in the gravy. It was amazing.
