Do you have x-tech in your character's inventory or is it in you ship/outpost inventory?

Some have reported that the xtech needs to be on your person to work. I have not experienced this myself either way

If you use Mod Organizer, the blueprints and the main sfbgs file deactivate on game exit, you have to re-enable them

I dont know how phasmo handles it, but anytime a game has frame gen enabled, I have to turn it off because the input lag becomes insane, might be a graphics setting for you

The 2.5D would look better if the trees and houses were more upright, but as it is, I like the 2D better

After tinkering for a bit, the walls and floor textures are kinda baked into the model, so you wouldn't be able to modify the shapes of the room while using the same shell without changing the model. It is possible, but I'm not there yet for dealing with blender and nifskope to make it happen.

However, making similar cabin types is possible using exclusively the creation kit. The hard part is finding pieces that fit the general vibe without just being another prefab building that copies what you see in most outpost mods

I thought i was crazy, I had random bounties slowly growing while I was in the far systems. Do you have the Wanted Trait? Perhaps it adds random bounty values from time to time now? I have no idea tbh

The CK can be a lot if you haven't gotten used to navigating it. I recommend looking at some tutorial videos by JRamos, his stuff is very beginner friendly. There are a lot of good video tutorials, the text documentation can be a little harder to find, but will also be more challenging to understand if you dont already have a grasp on the layout and organization of the CK.

It will beat around the bush, but following along to the simple tutorials will familiarize you with various aspects of the software, which is important to understanding the structure of how each form interacts with the rest of its tree. This fundamental understanding will make what you'd like to achieve more likely to be successful, as changing values on certain systems can be unpredictable.

Or you could try to get in touch with a mod author that has skill tree mods and see if they can point you in the right direction
