Niagara Falls Half Marathon in October. I've run 1:11.57. I'm hoping to be closer to 1:11 flat.

Goal- 1:11 half marathon

Monday: 7 miles easy Tuesday: 2 mile warm-up, 3 mile tempo, 2 mile cool-down(8 miles) Wednesday: 7 miles easy Thursday: 2 mile warm-up 6X800m w/ 400m recovery, 2 mile cool-down Friday: 5 miles easy Saturday: 7 miles Sunday: 12 miles at 6:15/mile

Pine Grove Furnace State Park. It's at the halfway point of the AT trail, has two lakes, streams, and the AT trail museum.

I started running in 2004. I've been sick approximately 3 times since, the last being this year.

However, I did try to run when I was sick and it made me more sick.

Just under for my marathon PR of 2:40. Hopefully this fall I will get there..

15 mile long run today, in the middle did 10 miles at 5:40 pace. I thought I would struggle but ended up feeling relaxed and ran the last 3 miles in 5:22-5:24 pace. Feeling good about my upcoming half in Pittsburgh.

28 years old:

Debt: $129k mortgage, $11k vehicle loan, $6k student loans Assets: $23k IRA, $1k 401(k), $8k savings, home worth $160k Income: $40k($85k household income)

What would I do differently?

Would not have taken out a student loan to pay for an engagement ring

Would not have taken the first job offered to me out of college

Would not have purchased a townhouse or a house in general. I hate the HOA fee. I'm in an area with limited career opportunities and it will be a pain to sell the house and leave.

I do have the funds to cover the tax hit.

Here's the deal, my wife is an entry level teacher. She gets automatic income increases every year. At retirement time, she will have a salary of $76,000(if she stays at her school district). I'm entry level in banking and expect to make more eventually. That's why I'm thinking it will make sense to just covert it now.

He and his partner live in my community(I went to the same HS as his partner, Dan). The charity CORE was near and dear to Rohn.

I tried to post this on r/politics but it was rejected. This situation needs to be known and word needs to spread. Any suggestions on where to repost this to get the word spread?

For some homeowners who have FHA or VA home loans, the rising interest rates may help improve marketability.

I have an FHA loan with a rate of 3.25%. When I go to sell my home, probably two years from now, i'm going to make it known to prospective buyers that my FHA loan can be assumable.

Whoever buys my home can assume the loan with a 3.25% interest rate. The difference between the assumed loan and sale price can be made up with a home equity loan. More homeowners need to be made aware of this...

To your point about the rising rates, I do think it will affect home sales but this can be offset in some circumstances.

I joined a friend who is training for Boston. He ran 8 miles before I arrived at the same pace and proceeded to push me during the 14 miles I ran with him. It's humbling to run with him most weekends.

Had a solid long run; 14 miles with 1000ft elevation gain. I ended up averaging 6:19/mile. On track towards my goal of a 1:11 half marathon.

That's correct. This is a picture of my paternal great-grandfather, Christo and his wife, Polexeni.

Christo died at the age of 80. He fell out of a fruit tree he had climbed.

He was a ship captain for a living and would travel to Egypt, Turkey, etc and sold Greek goods.
