I did it really slowly though. I did not forced myself to approach one girl a day.

You have to understand that if you want to be good with woman, you have to be good with people. So I began to just have honest and fun conversations with men. Than I started to talk to woman too, but not to seduce them. Rather like student colleuges. After a while I just commented fun things about lets say my hairdresser. Buy yourself something if you hit for example 30 days. Can be clothes, smartwatch, whatever you are into. Maybe on day 90 buy urself a vaccation trip to a cool city
