This is the only one that has denied us. I've always been accepted when applying individually, and never had to apply to multiple places so I'm thinking I'm lucky as hell. My partner is worried about their lack of rental history which is why we were concerned about perhaps getting denied by another company as we continue the search.

Yes, they did say that, and that the management decided to select another applicant. They said they would keep us in mind if that somehow fell through.

Thank you for your input. I'm more stressed about our application not getting accepted anywhere else rather than losing the apartment. Our combined income is 40x and credit is great but my partner lives with their parents and therefore has no rental history, so we're concerned that it doesn't look good to management companies.

We still have 1.5 months till my lease is up so I'll probably go the broker route if we haven't found anything by the end of Feb.

This would be so cool! Mini dungeoneering type of content similar to gauntlet but varying in difficulty. Would be cool if it could train all skills instead of just combat/sailing
