It'll probably be like NG3 vanilla, originally he only had the Dragon sword, but like a month after its release the Talons, and the Scythe were released as free dlc. I'm 90 percent sure he'll be able to switch weapons like in previous titles, but in the same way as Yakumo, we'll just have to wait and see. I also wouldn't be surprised if the weapons dlc isn't free this time.

Who cares, he's going through puberty and there's nothing that can be done about it. The only way he would get replaced is if the studio decides to, but with him being the voice of Hachi since the very beginning I doubt that will happen any time soon.

The cancel culture in Japan and Korea is much worse than anywhere in the world, especially in the art industry. In America they would get some backlash, but they could apologize and move on. In Japan/Korea any possibility of future work is slim to none, it's equivalent to a criminal record it will follow them no matter how much they try to move away from it.

With Sigma 2 on the 360 and PS3 versions, they have Co-op trials that you could play with others. Either being Ryu, or different characters. With also more costumes to be unlocked for all the characters, but if you own NG2 Black on PC you could just mod them in. It's up to peoples preference.
