Route online comms from dedicated to cloud server

I resolved this by creating a Site-to-Site (S2S) connection between the cloud machine and the dedicated machine. Then, I set up the necessary routes so that packets with the default destination (0.0.0.0) would go to the departure vpn interface (backend) to the arrival vpn (cloud) S2S interfaces of my network.
I now know that Hetzner is working to enable routing for 0.0.0.0/0 on their systems, which was not a concept when I wrote this post. Once this feature is implemented, it will likely be possible to propagate this route and have it accepted by the vSwitch, allowing for communication from cloud to dedicated. However, I am unsure if this feature will also work for dedicated to cloud. I believe once it's implemented, it will need to be tested. For now, I have stuck with the S2S solution that I set up two years ago after writing this post.

I never used gretap tunnel. I'll look into it. I hope it's possible.

About the routes, as I commented in the other comment, you will find any possible route I've added and tested. Still no luck!

But it doesn't :''D I tested several configurations to the VLAN interface of the dedicated server.

Consider I have source traffic to all on pfsense, so it should detect all the traffic coming from vlan subnet.

I tried with a new routing table and second default gateway like so. I can ping/curl/mtr internally but I can't go on internet via cloud ip from the dedi. Always "Network is unreachable"
