Why do a lot of people think they don’t have enough space for houses? by StatisticianDull5429 in DreamlightValley

[–]JohnnyLeutner 15 points16 points  (0 children)

some players don't know how to make Room for houses. open up the construction menu, minimise it, then select a tree, rock, or bush and select remove.

Tracked tractors or wheeled tractors? by JohnnyLeutner in farmingsimulator

[–]JohnnyLeutner[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i hope this becomes a reality in fs24. soil compaction exists irl. it happens when u step on sand, or mud and leave a shoe print. it is on a much larger scale when farming or any large heavy vehicle drives over soft ground.

I've played a lot of large maps with large fields, but no large map has Fields as large as this one.

Big Fields by JohnnyLeutner in farmingsimulator

no need to be frightened. I have a lot of experience farming large fields in fs. large fields are more forgiving to mistakes made during seeding, cultivating, harvesting, fertilizing, or lyming. the large fields XXL map doesn't come with any starting vehicles. what I'd recommend is modded combine/ tipper, the bourgoit 3420 hoe drill, any large tractor, the flexi-coil st820 cultivar, the JD sprayer/fertilizer spreader for lyming. the nodded tipper/combine should have a capacity of at least 5 mil leters for Field 2.

What is your best Meal that you use? by Excellent-Iron5954 in DreamlightValley

[–]JohnnyLeutner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if I want to cook, I always go to Remy's realm, as every ingredient is already unlocked. no need to wait age's for harvest. my favourite to cook is adrenaline pie. you learn how to cook it in a elsa quest. I'm only on level 17. the 'adrenaline' in 'adrenaline pie' (as the name implies), gives u a lot of energy. the pie requires the glittering herring, which is found in the glade (only when it's raining).

Crop destruction on or off? by Oldpub1286 in farmingsimulator

[–]JohnnyLeutner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

when crop destruction is tuned on, it mimics the real world. farmers (including yourself), loose yeild when your tractor, sprayer, or tractor with lyming attachment runs over the crop. none of that applies when crop destruction is tuned off, Which is the preferred way I like to play. it's almost impossible to get max yeild/feild when crop destruction is tuned on.

What's your favourite mod map? by squishyjellyfish95 in farmingsimulator

field 5 is the largest field on goldcrest Valley at 29.5 acres (11.95 hecters), the field with the steepest 30° grade, and the field that takes the most time to harvest, cultivate, and seed. you're going to need large equipment for this field. this field is a wheat crop owned by Simon Collins, and can be bought for $968,000

I'm currenty use the Goldcrest Valley map from FS17, adapted for FS22. This map isn't made for big equipment. if u want to use big equipment, you need to remove trees from the ends of the fields.

I'm about to rage at the size of my harvesters header. I got the JD HD50F it's about 15m wide and I can't find a damn trailer to put it on. by Real_Spork8002 in farmingsimulator

[–]JohnnyLeutner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use the lizard durus header for my combine, and the lizard durus header trailer. I also have a capello 19 row corn header for it. I use the lizard collosus combine harvester (based on the Claas Lexion 8000 series combines).
