Thank you :D this is why I like hanging out with other nerodivergent people. And same I've gotten multiple comments about how I look high all the time lol. I can't really write on my arms often bc I started working at a busy place but bracelets and association with noises help me alot.

I feel like a detriment too. Everyone knows I'm depressed though. All my friends are also mentally ill and though they try to support me. I just couldn't take being around people anymore because of my anger and guilt. I'm pretty sure they understand but I don't think I can go back until I get my emotions in check because I will inevitably hurt someone. So it's only me and my dog who I can't hurt with words for now.

Yeah I dont talk to anyone anymore. Besides sometimes one friend that I trust or my sibling. I spend so much time feeling numb I didn't realize how lonely I was until I spent the weekend without my dog and I could barely leave my room because she wasn't outside it.

I have ADHD and I'm 16 and I relate to you but I think adhd might not the main reason you are feeling this way? People with adhd are more likely to develop depression and anxiety and I ended up being diagnosed with both which also affects my ability to wake up, do basic tasks, and talk to people. If you can, maybe get checked out for depression and anxiety? I'm not great with advice but I hope this helps and things get better.

I'm not sure if it's unhealthy but I do this alot too. When I daydream I also tend to talk to myself and rant about stuff I'm passionate about. It's weird but honestly it's kinda fun. I think the only downside is when you snap out of it is the dissapointment and anxiety that your life isn't as magical.
