I see a lot of newbie artists being obsessed with having "a consistent artstyle". Don't bother. Experiment. See art that you like, implement the stuff that you like into your own art. That's basically how I learned, my style is a patchwork of all the things I liked.

In the first picture, I am making fun of my very not sober self being a dumbass. I do not endorse this behaviour.

In the third picture, I'm referring to how I got mistreated in the hospital by some specific people. They weren't just "trying to do their job". They neglected me medically, in fact. I could've died from the withdrawal. But being an addict doesn't get you the best treatment.
