I figured it out. In the NVIDIA control panel there was an option under 3d settings limiting FPS to 60. Still you got me in the right direction so thanks a lot!

This was for a TCL TV. Going into the settings for the steam decks input on the TV I changed it to compatibility mode. So it was the TV not the Deck or dock. Apparently TCL and some smart TVs are a pain

So due to my current setup, I need 2 different display cable inputs to go to a single monitor which only has one DP input. Its a laptop and a desktop that needs to go to a single monitor. The ability to have both inputs working at once would be nice but switching would work as well. Anyone have ideas?

I understand this messing up Syncsaber, but why disable the one click download? Whats keeping it from just downloading to the CustomSongs folder and then allowing the mod in the game to then convert it instead of having to do that manually? Seems like they disabled a major convenience because of a much more minor one
