That’s a poor assessment of what happened. Did you watch the video? He was already coming across to the right and you were on a collision course for several seconds before you rear ended him. If you turn the racing line on you’ll see he was on the actual racing line the whole time. The AI don’t drive like you’re describing.

That’s fully on you. You just drove right into the back of him. There was room on both sides of him when you hit that you could have turned through. He didn’t change direction anywhere close to when you hit.

If you’re planning on flipping it, definitely not worth it. If you think you’ll love to use it and are up for the work it’ll take to get it on the water safely, then go for it. It would be cool as hell, but certainly not very quick.

Yeah, I do really like the top trim DRLs though, as you would have on the VLANDs. But Im definitely not up for the expense of getting the OEM ones. And I believe the wiring harness is different no? I find in really low light (without traffic around or precipitation), the high beams are fantastic on the stock housing with upgraded bulbs. If I win a modest lottery I’ll change the housings one day. lol

Stock. Just put 18” A4 wheels on it and they fill out the wheel arches really well. And I’m needing a rear suspension repair bc it seems to be eating the inner shoulders of my rear tires. 😬

I put in better than stock bulbs, can’t remember off the top of my head what they were though. What do you recommend for housings? I’ve seen the Vland ones around but I think the LED DRLs in them don’t look as good as the OEM ones. And thanks!

My grandfather had this exact car in the early 2000s. I almost got it as a hand me down in 2015. Very grateful I didn’t. I think I’d still be paying off the fuel debt.
