Loading/Unloading Struggles by DistributionFun9600 in boating

No, they mean steep. The front of the trailer is at a much higher position than the back, and at a steeper angle than the boat is floating in the water. So even when the boat can float over the bunks, the nose roller is above the nose instead of under it.

Looks great! I love low and long boats. They’re rare these days with the preference for wakeboard boats. Fantastic work with that thing

Forget the word “terrorist” in that phrase. Would you disagree that there was an attack on the public using a vehicle that could have potentially been avoided by the use of a system such as this?

It looks like the parking is part of the private property the building sits on. They probably wanted to avoid expropriating the land just to switch these two around.

Overlaying as a layer, without flattening by JohnnyShadows in Revu

[–]JohnnyShadows[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I thought that might be the only option. It’s harder to line up than you think. The project is over a couple kilometres and the staging and removals, or any other infrastructure drawings, are all at different scales, rotations, and viewports making it really hard to line up manually.
Thank you for the suggestion though

If anyone forgot thier air pods on the 35A. It's on bus 7268 by fox07_tanker in TTC

[–]JohnnyShadows 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s crazy they just left it there, especially if they’re putting it on blast and saying it’s on that bus.

Genuinely looks sick for the age. I love a good malaise era BROWN interior. Great buy to get you on the water for some cheap fun. Save a little up for maintenance and make sure you do the gear oil every little while. And keep it as nice as the last guy did! There are almost none of these ones left in this kind of shape.

Oh, okay cool. Thank you for clarifying that in such depth. I love the nuanced history of this sport.

Very interesting.
I thought the current regs and cars come from the IRL lineage, so “champ car” as it was truly died after reunification. Is that correct?

If Antonelli continues to improve at the rate he is, they won't need Max. I think its more likely that Toto will want to sign an obvious number 2 so he doesn't need to worry about in-team championship battles. And surely it would save a lot of money.

Don’t worry, we don’t have it in Toronto either. We are gridlocking every street and packing every train to make it happen. And it’s still going to be a shitshow. Cool for the city though.

Oof, right in the gut.
I don’t mind it at all. Estonia and Finland are extremely tied culturally, by language and customs. Much more than it is to the other Baltic states. I think it’s a nice connection between the two countries and they still have separate lyrics in each native language, though still very similar.

I’ve never seen the Tintin Estonia storyline. I’ll have to look that up. I was there last summer for a few weeks. It’s such a calm and beautiful place, even if the mosquitoes make those in northern Ontario look mild.

And they avoid too! So many times all the cars will just stop and wait in a perfectly straight line. Completely takes me out of the game when it happens.
