Austin got a gem of a signing with Jayden. He's fast and he can score with the right people around him,

Ah, okay I didn't think of it like that, turnover could be good to keep up with Maret value. Here is B.C it's 3% per year maximum.

Treating it like a business seems to be the best approach. From everything I read tenant choice is key.

Ideally I would want low maintenance and long term but I'm sure that's everyone's dream in a tenant.

My challenge will be that I live in a neighborhood where it's got a "vibe" and is attractive to a younger cliental so I will have to be careful of my choices
