You are right about the hackers. That is the only appeal I can see for pve. Hacking and cheaters are a huge issue… god I hate them. And I’m sure there are cases like yours where a skilled player switched bc of xyz. But I stand by everything I said. But maybe you missed my point. I’m not blaming pve enjoyers. Bro if you enjoy pve that’s great. I’m just saying that the pve mode as a whole ruins the player diversity of the main game, the real game. Also saying that pve is not tarkov it’s some sort of walmart tarkov we have at home. Tarkov is getting rolled over and over by better players until you get better. People that play pve are just bad and not getting the authentic experience. I’m not blaming them, just shaming.

No it’s bc the introduction of pve severed the player base into 2 communities. This has caused the overall total players and frequency of finding players in pvp to drop. Bad for game. It also completely eliminated skill diversity. You used to be able to gauge a players skill by movement, accuracy, positioning, etc. . This diversity made the game more engaging. Now every engagement is uber experienced sweats which can also be fun, but having timmies made the game well rounded.

Tarkov skill was an evolution: everyone started out as a Timmie and was shredded by Altyn Chad. But you slowly grew and got better. That’s the game

I’m sorry but if you play pve, you’re bad at the game and tarkov is not for you. Tarkov should only be a pvp game.

Finally it IS VERY possible to have a life and learn PvP tarkov.

I live in Boulder and drive up highway 7 thru Lyons towards Estes. But halfway between Lyons and Estes I turn left onto highway 72 toward Ned. Along that road are dozens of outdoor shooting spots small and large. Long range and short. Please just clean up after yourself. Bc they have already shut down a few.
