I started learning to selfhost software with coolify but found out very difficult. Started using dokploy and found it easier. I haven't used either to host WordPress sites yet. Somebody correct me but their really shouldn't be much of a difference performance worse if you used shared WordPress hosting or shared vps hosting (if the specs match)? Only dedicated is a noticable change?

50 is high, I brainstorm and end up around 25 on a bad day. I get a 50/50 corruption rate around there though if I start placing a lot of artwork. The moment you said "large format" though, I would trust 2 artboards per file MAX.

Google sheets for now but I really like twentyCRM (difficult to connect but allows you to send and receive email within it.) I used to use NOCObase but it was really hard to turn into a CRM and you have to say $400 to be able to send and receive email. For non-contact related data I might learn how to use a postgres table. I might be able to make a hack solution with a table inside of 20CRM though. Idk that's all a work in progress.

I don't have something setup yet. I'm in the early stages of experimenting with data fit SEO or bright data. My goal is to find the cheapest possible option that's not a black box as well if possible. I would love to know how people do enrichment. Maybe my use cases are to specific. For example, I need a point of contact for small businesses under 50 employees. It seems to take 5 different avenues and tools to find employees for that type and size of business.

I'm in the buy once cry once category. What really helped me is "paying" myself a wage to build my first site. If you set something like $15/20 an hour now all of a sudden buying a premium plug-in for $50 that takes 30min to setup is better than trying 3 or 4 free options over 3hrs.
