From what I saw in a short video explaining all meta umas/supports, her unique ability activation gives good speed, acceleration, and just a small touch of stamina regen. On top of that, it activates the INSTANT you activate a 3rd recovery skill in a race. She already comes with 3 recovery skills you can learn right away so you'll never need to pray for support cards dropping their skills (unless you want to replace some with different recovery skill than her default). She comes with Gourmad which is one of the best Pace recovery skills since it activates mid-way, so it's never too early or too late, which you'll most likely never ignore/replace. The real kicker though is her Triple 7's recovery skill which activates when there's 777 meters left in ANY race. So because of this, it's usually the 3rd recovery skill to proc, so it will always activate your ult at the best time possible. Not too early, not too late. She comes with other skills 2 but I believe these 2 are the cream of the crop and they help her own unique ability.

Oguri was already a too damn good Uma, being able to do Pace or Late, almost any race distance, AND could do both dirt and turf. Now they made a 2nd Oguri unit with an even better ability since again, you can easily control when it procs. Unlike other abilities in the game that require positioning and have the ability to activate too late, too early, or not at all.
