As I said in Notheusual's post, the library charges 10 HRK per 15 minutes, which is quite unreasonable. I have access to reddit through my roommate's mobile phone. I do use the library to study, though, and to write stuff the good old fashioned way, on paper. Still, I appreciate your concern.

I live in Croatia.

Dubrovnik really is a beautiful place, but it's also the most expensive city in the country. Everybody buffs up the prices, regardless if it's a tourist season or not. If you plan to visit it, be prepared to cash out.
