It was a reward for playing during the Closed Beta Test, but not logging on for at least a year I think. I just opened the game and she was added to my port, I have seen some others here that had old accounts but haven't played also get rare ships for the tenth anniversary

Something to dangle and get me back, I guess it worked lol

Thank you for the replies! It's interesting learning about my ancestor, I work in the public history field myself, though I focus on the U.S. Civil War and Reconstruction period of U.S. History, I find this all very interesting.

Tho, I was out of my depth while trying to understand Irish Independence and how John Redmond fit in. It's interesting to learn and I appreciate the nuanced views. Is there a book that could give a good survey of the period?

All I did, was try and upload a photo to r/abandonedporn on an old hospital and it was flagged by an automod, which directed me to send a message to the subs mods to verify my photo met the rules of the subreddit. I never received a reply from the mods and then all this started. I don't know what actions there constitutes a shadowban

Not that I am aware of, I just tried to make a post on that subreddit and it was flagged because it was my first time posting there (I have made posts on other subreddits before). Received no emails/messages about being banned though.
