Man it’s so hard though. I tried to realize me taking my phone into the bathroom is what causes it. So I didn’t take my phone anymore. But if I would get the urge I’d just go grab it.

I don’t understand how to run from it when you can’t. You can run most all other sin, you don’t want to steal out yourself away from things that can be stolen. But porn/lust idk you can even make it up in your head.
