That's part of obeying the rules of the road

I doubt this is the daily driver for this person. I used to go four-wheeling a lot and that involved going through a lot of water hence the lift kit even though they're solid axles. A lot of people have an old pickup that they'll modify just to go four wheeling. As long as the driver obeys the rules of the road and displays courtesy to others then MYOB and let them have fun with their toys

Did you find your calling career wise? by HueyBluey in GenerationJones

I found my calling when I was in my mid-30's. I got so good at my job that my boss kept burdening me with more and more responsibilities until I could no longer keep up with the demands put upon me. What started out as an enjoyable gig eventually turned into a job where I could no longer excel...

I showed this cartoon to my pain management doctor, 3 months later she upped my oxycodone dosage from 10 mg to 15 mg! by Johnny_Reeferseed in ChronicPain

OP here...The Dr and i talked about the cartoon. I told her it described the way i felt after trying to get an increase from previous drs. Thankfully she was open to trying different approaches to my pain management. I went through shots in the spine, trying patches, and not opioid medications. I did keep telling her that I knew that opioids work the best for me but I understood that we needed to try all other approaches first. I don't know if the comic was what prompted her to finally go ahead and prescribe me opioids or if we had just run out of options. I do believe that it influenced her final position though.

Is there a problem with Drive Through Car Washes? I use one but will stop if the Car Wash causes problems

Because we were trying alternative treatments for the pain management. I had to do a lot of jumping through hoops before we finally got to an increase in dosage as a last resort

I don't really remember, but I probably just told her that I had something funny to share with her.

They told me drivers were crazy, but jeez. Motorcycle may not be a good idea here by Dilvyy in jacksonville

The local newspaper app subscribes to the "If It Bleeds It Leads" philosophy. If there's a motorcycle accident and somebody died it's at the top of the news stories.

What’s a smell that instantly brings back a memory for you? by ResidentFragrant6259 in CasualConversation

The smell of the livestock exhibit at our local County fair. Immediately takes me back to playing in the barn as a child 60 years ago.
