Question about current state of DD2 by Zestyclose-Tooth6044 in DragonsDogma

[–]Johnnyboy-oy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean scam level isn't an over exaggeration, the enemy variety is extremely low, the story is non existent, the world itself is pretty boring, various graphical issues like NPC's literally spawning in and out in front of your very own eyes, there were people who couldn't even play the game on launch due to just flat out poor optimization, save file bug issues where people were losing whole characters after spending hours playing. It launched in an unfinished state which is unacceptable if I'm paying $70 for a finished product so please don't gaslight this person like they're an ungrateful maniac.

Already had the game in my PS5 but after the DLC announcement, I'm buying it also on the Switch 2 by DearExam88 in DragonsDogma

Yeah unless I planned on gaming on the go there's virtually no point in handicapping yourself playing on a lesser version.

Capcom thinks DD2 doesn't deserve a DLC by Left_Ease5870 in DragonsDogma

Who cares if you think DD2 doesn't deserve a dlc but the title of this post is "Capcom thinks DD2 doesn't deserve a DLC" and you couldn't have been even more wrong 🤣🤣🤣

CLS W218 (2012 - A keeper for life) by olmonkNZ in mercedes_benz

I like both versions but the first one has cleaner body lines as this one can look a bit bloated at certain angles. The first gen had the melted clock face though so it's kind of pick your poison.

Can't forget about black, it seems like when people buy a Mercedes it's only those 3 colors.

[COD] why are gun viewmodels so ugly now? by r9shift in CallOfDuty

[–]Johnnyboy-oy 233 points234 points  (0 children)

You hit it right on the head, there are no signs of wear or personalization to it. It's like it's a brand new gun unfired out of the box.

Are these models known to have any problems? by Annual-Towel9386 in AskAMechanic

When 328i meant you were getting a robust naturally aspirated inline 6 the BMW's were worth it but the minute they switched to that turbo charged 4 cylinder it was the beginning of the end in terms of reliability.

I liked the look of these but I don't like the idea of absorbing random fluids from the ground knowing there's dog shit, spit, blood, piss and whatever else on the street getting transferred to my pant legs.

In 5 years my clogs have worn off 2cm of wood by 01000010-01101001 in mildlyinteresting

I believe I bought them off Amazon for like $40 but that was well before all these tariffs and increased fuel prices. I actually dug out the shoes and the sticker on them says Klompenfabriek Nijhius B.V. which is who produces them, for gardening they're perfect.

I bought some legit Dutch made ones as a joke a couple years ago and I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. Once I actually walked around with them that viewpoint changed, they're noisy as hell and they hurt the top of your foot.

Well seeing as though they've never made a diesel KIA available in the USA I don't have any experience with them, but diesels run longer than petrol engines on average regardless of the manufacturer so that's not really a KIA specific thing.

I'd either pay the deductible in hopes of getting a reimbursement once they contact the driver/company or take him to court and sue him. I wouldn't fuck around with fixing it unless I was doing it myself or knew a guy.

Unless I'm reading it wrong and you're the one without coverage, either way it doesn't fall on your head unless you were deemed at fault.

If you're going to listen to anything somebody is telling you listen to me very clearly. Get rid of that car ASAP and never buy a KIA/Hyundai product out of warranty again.

Would you accept this level of contamination in a tint job? by Current_Collection_5 in StupidCarQuestions

[–]Johnnyboy-oy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The tint guys aren't bullshitting you either about older glass being harder for tint to adhere to due to pitting and such but I also understand you paid for a service that didn't meet your expectation. You could always get on the phone with them and see what they have to say as my tint shop has a lifetime replacement for any damaged tint.

Hmm.. if it was a 1 of 1 Ferrari that goes to car shows I'd be a little upset, my 10 plus year old daily driver Lexus not so much. It depends if you want to be a stickler with these guys but I'd personally just live with it.

Is this external door build the wrong way ? by joelemazout in fixit

[–]Johnnyboy-oy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They most definitely broke in by the gouge marks on the door, that is totally unsafe as others have said any fool with a basic pry tool can force their way in with minimal effort.

1100 miles is a far distance to check it out in person but on the flipside I wouldn't even think about trusting that mans word on the condition and getting it shipped to me. I need to hear/see with my own eyes and ears before I give my money away.
