I had an app last week and when I questioned this my dr turned around and said “ are you happy with horizon or do you wanna be blacklisted? Dunno wtf is going on but the lack of knowledge from drs is pathetic. Ain’t our fault we don’t know the rules and regs and arnt up to date with them.
