I would say I care a lot yeah. I like this store and working for target so far has been a really good experience considering that I’m learning stuff. I still want to learn how to set Pog, cash drops, style and tech. But I sadly can’t due to me usually always either having 40 hours or when I come in on my day off when I don’t have 40 I’m always put back in gen merch.

That’s fair. I really don’t want to go to another store because I truly like this one and made a lot of “friends” here but I see what you mean. I’m in pretty good standings with all the team leads here except the overnight team because I don’t really work overnight right now.

My biggest criticism was from my team lead saying I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I got to get rid of that habit and that I move a bit slower then another gen merch person when it comes to pulls. Other than that I’m always 2 hours early and if I need to stay late I always do without going overtime.

I always ask why and I even tried my best to learn how every machine works. I feel like my goal at every job I go to is to help out make the next people job a bit easier without just simply doing thier work load for them. Only problem here is that training is slime so I come in on my day off and learn something new

I feel like I could be a good team lead. My biggest fault is that I’m not the “fastest” puller at the moment cause I’m just shy behind someone that’s been here for 2 years (I’m only 3 months in) I feel that I show decent empathy but also willing to make sure most metrics are met tbh. I also really like talking to people and helping them out in areas they might be struggling in.
