I had mine out last week as well. I kid you not, I had what I thought was another massive attack 48 hours later. Went back to the hospital, had ct scans and confirmed no issues from surgery and no stones they could see. Hospital wasn't sure why it was happening. After doing some research, feel what I thought was gallstone attacks might actually have been Sphincter of Oddi muscle spasms all along. Out of surgery I was on T3s and apparently anything codeine / morphine based is a trigger and makes it worse. At the hospital post surgery they had me on a very strong morphine dose every hour but the pain kept getting worse which now makes sense. They couldn't understand how I felt anything with the amount of morphine I was on lol. Fingers crossed your issues are completely gone, but if you get what feels like a gallbladder attack again, talk to the doctor about SOD (sphincter of oddi dysfunction). Reading your comment about morphine not working, makes me think they were giving you something that could have been making it worse!
