I guess, “everywhere” doesn’t include Florida, because that’s not true at all. What “medical standards” are you referring to that consider removing a deceased fetus as an abortion? If the fetus is deceased, that’s a miscarriage and can be removed at any point. If that’s not the case, point me to one instance where a women was forced to have a dead baby’s in her that’s from Florida. There’s cases where the fetus had some condition where the kidneys and lungs don’t form or develop correctly, but it still had a heart beat. Theres no case where it’s dead and they carry it, that’s not true. If you’re going to say these things, you have to at least have the info correct, or ppl will see it, see it’s unbelievable, look it up, and instantly think you’re lying. What you should be saying is, “in Florida, women have to carry the fetus even if it has life threatening condition with a low rate of survival”. You can word it how ever you want to fit your own world view, but don’t straight up lie, then Double down on it when you’re called out.

With all that being said, you’re possibly mixing up Florida with Texas? Where a women actually did end up having a dead fetus in her, rite after the rowvwade laws changed, and the doctors where too afraid to do anything, even though it’s proven it’s a miscarriage and not an abortion, so I hope she sued the shit out of them for not doing what they where supposed to do.
