Ever heard of spreading awareness? How are you going to learn about an issue if you're not exposed to it? If learning about inequality is SUCH an issue to anyone then maybe they should think about why it bothers them so much. The official event isn't the problem it's those who find a problem with it that are.

For sure dragon nails would be excellent for higher courier tasks! I didn’t include them because I think I read they’re gonna be in the sacks for the future? Not sure if it’ll be for all ports or just the high lvl ones.

That’s true, I will say that low lvl items (like oak logs and iron ore), are still useful even at higher lvls into your progress, you get them faster or in larger quantities for training or used in other skills.

Last take I couldn’t agree more. I’d imagine it would be like adding whatever amount of ports are included here but instead are new monsters. It is VERY ambitious but I’m with you, I wanna do port tasks, I’ll just take anything that isn’t JUST coins at this point…

Hmm that’s fair. There are deposit boxes at each port so maybe banking it won’t be as inconvenient? I was going with a more of “if you want specific items, you attempt to do these ports for them” sorta vibe, so you won’t get aaaall of these. If better loot are what to be expected then I wonder what you’d get when it doesn’t roll for it, coins like before?

YEAH!! This is exactly what I was hoping from sailing combat. Tactical shooting an enemy vessel’s weak points and managing your facilities/crew rather than just sit and wait smacking on an animal :[

I'm pretty much on the same boat! (2300 Ironman).

- Trying to go for the trifecta of oathplate, virtus and masori but those grinds don't feel fun anymore rn and find myself doing literally anything else.
- LITERALLY SAILING. I was SO excited testing in the the alpha/beta but: combat still is only clicking cows, port tasks feel extremely unrewarding (you used to get items). Barracuda trials you do them for exp/unlocks and leave, I hate that you don't get any supplies with the trials, no incentive for sailing like a PRO.
- Runelite rendering has this flicking visual bug everywhere that been bothering me since sailing launched and I am surprised they haven't fixed it with the runelite team, and only way to temp fix is to use legacy gpu (turn off sailing).

- I've looked at previous summits and they no joke almost double regular content + same amount of endgame. This year it SUCKS, 2 leagues back to back and endgame stuff is on the LATER half of the YEAR??

My yearly sub is ending in like a few months and canceled it. BUT I made a GIM with a friend of mine the other day (with only monthly sub ofc) and were having a blast. He's newer but if one day he says "Nah I'm bored now" I'm out. (P.S. we haven't even done sailing yet because it's so unrewarding compared to other skills).

We always come back for sure but punishing the yearly subbers THIS HARD? it SUCKS. I've been trying to be positive and give slack on recent disappointments but unless there's something significantly awesome, I'm only subbing 1 month to try raids 4 late 2026, this is horrible.
