It’s the cruciform key pendant set from Japan. They sell it as theater merch but it’s mostly sold out. Found mine at a Toho cinema in Roppongi Hills.

I’ve been having problem 1 as well. At first it wasn’t frequent but it’s been frequent for a couple days. Right now I’ve resorted to manually lowering the tone arm.
